Here's Why Being On Time for Your Dental Appointment Matters.
I completely get it. Life happens.
Between traffic, work, family, and everything in between, it’s easy to run a few minutes behind. At Smile Designers, we truly understand that delays are sometimes unavoidable. That’s why we want to explain why arriving on time for your dental appointment is important, not just for us, but for you and other patients too.
Every Minute Counts
When you arrive on time, it helps us complete your care without feeling rushed. Even being just 10- 20 minutes late can make it hard to fit in everything, especially if you’re here for our Comprehensive Examination, Dental Cleaning, or even a procedure.
We want to give you our full attention and provide the best care possible, and that takes time.
It Affects Everyone
Think of it like an airline: when one flight is delayed, it can affect many others. It’s the same here; squeezing in a late appointment can delay the next patient's visit.
And just like we value your time, we want to respect theirs too.
That’s why we space out our schedule carefully to make sure every patient gets the time they deserve.
When You’re Really Late
If you arrive significantly late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. It’s never because we don’t want to see you; it’s because you deserve our attention, and we can’t provide the proper care in such a short amount of time. We take pride in what we do; we want to deliver our best each time.
It’s all about keeping your care thorough and stress-free.
Here Are a Few Tips to Stay on Track:
Plan Ahead: Try to arrive 5- 10 minutes early to check in and relax.
Set Reminders: We call you the day before, the morning of, and even closer to your appointment time. Need more reminders? Just let us know!
Call If You’re Running Late: A quick call helps us guide you on what to do next.
Choose the Right Time: Try to book when you're least likely to be caught in traffic or other delays.

We’re Here to Work With You
Our goal is to partner with you for a smooth, stress-free visit. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we’ll always do our best to help when life throws a curveball.
